  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers (such as the Meta Pixel).
  • We do not use Google Analytics for visitor tracking.
  • Your assessment scores and learning progress are yours. We use them only to personalise your experience on this platform.

2. What We Collect and Why

2.1 Account Registration

When you create your free account, we collect:

2.2 Assessment Data (pAIRI and oAIRI)

When you take the pAIRI (Personal AI Readiness Index) or oAIRI (Organisational AI Readiness Index) assessments, we collect:

  • Your responses to each of the 15 assessment questions
  • Your computed pillar scores (P1 through P5) and overall score
  • Your maturity level classification (L0 through L4)

This data is stored in your learner profile and is used to generate your results radar chart, recommend the right courses, and track your progress over time. Assessment scores are recalculated when you retake an assessment, and your previous scores are overwritten.

2.3 Learning Data

As you progress through courses, we record:

  • Course enrolments and completion status
  • Lesson progress and quiz results
  • Certificates earned
  • Time of last activity (used to detect inactivity for nudge emails)

This data powers your student dashboard, enables course prerequisites to work correctly, and allows us to recommend your next steps.

2.4 Community Participation

If you join the AIReady Community (powered by FluentCommunity), we store:

  • Your community profile (display name, avatar)
  • Posts, replies, and reactions you create
  • Space memberships (which discussion areas you have access to)

Community contributions are visible to other logged-in community members. Your assessment scores are never shared publicly in the community.

2.5 Support

If you contact us through the contact us page, we store:

  • Your subject and message content
  • Any attachments you upload
  • Our replies and resolution status

Support conversations are private between you and our support team.

3. Use of AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Large Language Models (LLMs) are used to operate aiready.sg nearly autonomously and provide many of its innovative features:

Analysis of learner’s Role

  • Stored: Yes, against your account, encrypted at rest
  • Used for: Tailoring lesson content (via routing classification) and personalising capstone assignments at each level
  • Shared: Never with other learners. Processed by a hosted AI LLM provider.
  • Data processing terms of the hosted AI LLM provider — not used for model training.
  • Editable: Yes, from your profile. Changes apply to future capstones, not those already issued.

Capstone Submissions

  • Stored: Yes, against your account
  • Used for: AI scoring against your capstone’s AIRI-anchored rubric.
  • Shared: Never with other learners. No peer review.
  • Calibration: Regular AI-vs-human correlation tracked on spot-check sample; rubric template re-tuned if correlation drifts. We target ≥ 0.7 Pearson correlation with human scoring on the same submissions.
  • Retention: Per LMS data retention policy

4. How We Measure Success (Analytics)

We use Independent Analytics Pro to understand which parts of our platform are most helpful.

  • Privacy-First: All analytics data is recorded and stored locally on our own secure servers. No data is sent to third parties.
  • No Cross-Site Tracking: We do not track you across other websites or build an advertising profile.
  • Logged-In Tracking: Because this is a learning platform, we track page views for logged-in users to understand which course pages are most visited, where learners drop off, and which referral sources drive registrations. This data is aggregated — we use it to improve the platform, not to profile individuals.
  • UTM Parameters: We use UTM tags on links in our emails and social media to measure which campaigns bring visitors to the site. These are standard URL parameters and do not involve cookies or tracking pixels.
  • SEO: We use Rank Math SEO to monitor search engine performance via server-to-server data from Google Search Console. This does not require tracking cookies on your device.

5. Email Communications

We use FluentCRM Pro to manage email communications. When you register, you are added to our mailing list and may receive:

  • Transactional emails: Welcome messages, assessment results, course enrolment confirmations, password resets. These are essential to the service and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.
  • Engagement emails: Nudges when you have not logged in for a while, course recommendations based on your assessment scores, milestone celebrations. You can unsubscribe from these at any time using the link in any email.
  • Newsletter (AIFN Insights): Periodic thought leadership and framework updates. Opt-in only — you will not receive this unless you subscribe.

FluentCRM tracks email opens and link clicks to help us understand which content is useful and to avoid sending you emails you are not engaging with. This tracking uses a small transparent pixel in the email and redirect links. If you prefer not to be tracked, most email clients offer a “block remote images” setting that prevents open tracking.

7. Ecosystem Data Usage

Our resources span three connected websites. Here is how data is used across the ecosystem:

airi.foundation (The AIRI Framework Standards): When you access the AIRI Framework materials, we only track which country the download originates from. No email or registration is required.

aiready.sg (This Site — LMS & Community): To provide a personalised learning experience, we store your email, profile information, course progress, assessment scores (pAIRI/oAIRI), community contributions, and support interactions. This data is used to generate your AI Readiness results, recommend the best learning path, and enable community features. All data is stored securely on our servers via LifterLMS, FluentCRM, FluentCommunity, and Fluent Support.

aifirstnation.org (Book & LLX Chatbot): Conversations with the LLX chatbot are processed to provide accurate answers based on the “AI-First Nation” book. We analyse aggregate trends to improve the AI but do not link your specific chat history to your identity.

All three sites offer an optional sign-up to the AIFN Insights newsletter. Your email is collected solely to send the newsletter and you can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Third-Party Data Processors

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate this platform. None of these services are advertising companies, and none are given permission to use your data for their own purposes.

9. Data Security & Storage

Your data is hosted on Rocket.net, one of the world’s most secure and high-performance managed WordPress platforms.

To protect your communications — including private assessment scores and account notifications — we completely bypass standard, unencrypted web server emails. Instead, we use Fluent SMTP to route all outgoing mail through secure, encrypted API connections to SendGrid and toSend, enterprise-grade delivery services. This ensures your emails are encrypted in transit and authenticated via SPF/DKIM to protect against interception or spoofing.

Account passwords are stored as salted hashes using WordPress’s native authentication system and are never stored or transmitted in plain text.

Access to the WordPress admin panel is protected by 2FA-enabled logins, login attempt limits, and hardened via security modules in ASE Pro (XML-RPC disabled, REST API restricted to authenticated users, author archives disabled).

11. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data — your dashboard shows your profile, scores, and progress at any time.
  • Correct inaccurate data — you can update your profile information from your account settings, or contact us to correct any other data.
  • Delete your account and associated data — contact us at su*****@*****dy.sg and we will delete your account, profile, assessment scores, course progress, community posts, and FluentCRM contact record. Note that anonymised, aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) will not be deleted.
  • Export your data — contact us and we will provide a copy of your personal data in a portable format.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing (such as the professional bio used for AI personalisation) at any time by clearing the relevant field in your profile.

We aim to respond to all data requests within 30 days.

12. Children’s Privacy

This platform is designed for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
