No credit card, no government subsidies to apply for, nothing locked behind a paywall.

Teams are free too, up to 25 members. Create a team, invite your colleagues, and run the whole programme together at no cost.

The fact is, this isn’t a company with a marketing budget behind it — aiready.sg is my own effort, and I fund it out of my own pocket. Not AI Singapore, and not a single government grant. I built it because AI readiness and literacy shouldn’t depend on whether your employer can afford to pay for it.

What does cost real money is scale. Every assessment, every lesson video, and every company analysis runs on AI models, voice generation, and infrastructure that I pay for by usage. For individuals and small teams, I’m glad to carry that. Past 25 seats — or when you need an enterprise deployment, custom roles, or your own industry tracks — those costs climb quickly, and that’s where I’ll ask you to cover them.

Both use the same five-pillar framework. Neither is a prerequisite for the other — take whichever applies to your context, or both if you’re a leader building personal skills alongside organisational strategy.

There is only one course – AI for Everyone (AI4E) – that covers the 5 pillars of the AIRI Framework across the 5 levels of readiness: AI Unaware -> AI Aware -> AI Ready -> AI Competent -> AI Catalyst.

AI4E brings the learner to the AI Ready level. AI Competent and AI Catalyst will be provided as a set of guides and best practices as testing and measurements at this level is outside the scope of a learning management system like aiready.sg.

After pAIRI, AI4E courses start you at the right level per pillar. Score L2 on Mindset but L0 on Data Literacy? You start at different points. Lessons below your level are auto-completed. Industry and role shape examples throughout.

No. pAIRI is a prerequisite and is baked into the sign-up process. You can only start AI4E with pAIRI completed.
